Each consulting activity is built as a single project, tailored to the different realities and objectives of different clients: "one size fits all" is not and does not want to be our approach; what we seek and offer to our clients is flexibility and planning, sensitivity and competenciee to achieve the defined objectives.
For us every project, since its beginning and regardless of its size, deserves a structured and agreed upon approach with the client.
- Appointment of the Project Leader, classically one of our Partners with business and consulting experience, who will have the ultimate responsibility for the project activities, timing and results.
- Setting the project’s goals together with the client:
- Macro-planning - analysis of the internal and external context and of the demand for action, understanding of company’s culture, business strategies and dynamics.
- Micro-design – set-up of the project team according to the competencies and experiences required by the project, choice of methodologies and tools, deadline and objectives.
- Project delivery according to what defined and agreed upon in the design phase.
- Project evaluation, ex-post qualitative-quantitative analysis, according to the characteristics of each single project, on the results achieved in relation to the expected results.
